قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ١
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ٢
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ٣
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ٤
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ٥
Now, look at the last verse number 5, and memorize it as many times as you want to make it perfectly stored in your mind. Then, move to verse number 4th, and read and memorize it as many times as you can. Combine the 4th and 5th verses and read them almost 10 times. Then, move to the 3rd verse, then the 2nd verse, and finally to the 1st one.
Once you are done with all 5 verses, repeat from 1st to 5th 10-15 times to perfect them. Make sure you remember the sequence correctly. Do not mingle them up.
